They told me clearly that they won’t be able to work with me. Some were cautious and hesitant, even if they contacted me, knowing the present political climate, and avoided collaborating with me.”

According to Kangana, apart from her films, brand endorsements have been a major source of revenue for her in recent years. She said, “I have been a top performer in the film industry, but that alone doesn’t ensure economic stability. I am aware that my enemies will take advantage of my financial stability and my turbulent relationships in the industry to slander and scandalize me. They have not only threatened me but also tempted those who collaborate or support me professionally.”

The actress went on to say that the impact of her loss has been quite significant and has forced her to rethink her priorities. She said, “I have lost more than 20-25 brand endorsements, worth Rs 30-40 crore per year because of my statements against the government. I had to let go of many of my hard-earned projects as well, but all of that is a small price to pay for the love that my country has given me.”

Kangana Ranaut’s open rebellion against anti-national elements in India has won her admirers across the country, but it has also come at a considerable cost to her personally and professionally.
