Last month, some legal documents revealed that Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson are living together. Or at least that was indicated in a judicial document.
Khloe’s fans and supporters would hate to see her repeat the same mistake one more time. She deserves better.
In The Kardashians, Khloe insisted that she will not take Tristan back. But she, too, was not willing to hate him forever.
Meanwhile, some of her critics have accused her of partnering with Kim against Kourtney. What a mess!
This week’s episode of The Kardashians saw Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian hanging out. The two have a strange bond, like brothers.
Scott asked her if there was “any chance” she could get back together with Tristan. Again.
In the episode, which was filmed in late 2022, Scott explained: “Because if you feel like you want to open your heart and forgive, I would support you.”
Khloe was quick to emphasize that she won’t be reconciling with Tristan. This time.
But she went on to say that she’s “totally cool with him.” Even after spending half a decade humiliating her.
“I have no problem,” he continued to insist. “I just don’t have the energy for the problems.”
After that exchange, Khloe spoke to the confessional camera.
At the producers’ urging, Khloe addressed how things are now after so many rumors of heartbreak and betrayal.
“Yes, I forgive Tristian,” Khloe announced. “It doesn’t mean I forget what he’s done, but I forgive Tristan for me.”
If you’ve been following Khloe, or the wider Kardashian-Jenner clan, you can probably guess the thinking behind Khloe’s forgiveness.
“Because I have to let that s**t go, I need to do it myself,” she said. “I can’t go on with my life if I cling to this nonsense.”
There is a whole line of self-help and spiritual advice that more or less teaches that holding someone accountable will hurt you. One wonders how many people rely on this attitude when repeatedly hurting.
Meanwhile, viewers of the episode (and other recent episodes) were zeroing in on something else about Khloe.
We all know that Reddit is at war with its users, but it still exists. Redditors discussed how Khloe seems to be acting “so weird” around Kourtney.
“She is [Khloe] he always rolls his eyes, smirks, or makes strange faces when he talks. What’s up with that?” asked a Reddit resident.
As you can imagine, a ton of people had opinions on how Khloe has been behaving while Kim and Kourtney have butted heads.
“She is [Khloe] aligned with Kim, whose current target for vitriol is Kourtney. Khloe must please the majesty of him,” one commenter sarcastically wrote.
Another unkind characterization of Khloe: “She’s Kim’s flying monkey.”
“Kourtney is genuinely happy and Khloe is miserable,” another redditor observed. “Same with Kim.”
The comment continued: “You miserable pathetic people can’t cope with Kourtney having everything they want.”
“Khloe got skinny and crawled up Kim’s butt,” another claimed. We could have done it without the pictures, there.
