Creators hoping for a January 11 release moved up the date to return to work on VFX, and now it will finally see the lights of day on June 16 of this year. The trailer suggested that director Om Raut and the entire team used unique technology for the visual effects. Result? Some better and much better awesome visuals than the teaser. But will it be enough? It is the epic story of the Ramayana. We have Prabhas as Ram, Kriti Sanon as Sita, Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, Sunny Singh as Laxman. We have wide shots of Hanuman ripping off the Sanjeevani Booti and Raavan’s attack on Lanka. We get glimpses of a distraught Sita in her lair waiting for her ram.
