Rina Sawayama criticizes Matty Healy for THIS reason
On June 25, Rina Sawayama apparently called out her Dirty Hit labelmate Matty Healy in the middle of their performance at the 2023 Glastonbury Festival in England. Before starting her song ‘STFU’, it seems that the singer hinted that the song is written for her labelmate Healy. She did not reveal her name. Rina said: “I wrote the following song because I was sick and tired of these microaggressions. So tonight, this is directed at a white guy who watches ‘Ghetto Gaggers’ and makes fun of Asians on a podcast.” Expressing her anger, Rina said, “He owns my teachers too. enough! ”
Though she didn’t name Healy, fans were quick to realize Rina was referring to the frontman’s controversial 1975 appearance on The Adam Friedland Show in February.
For the uninitiated, Matty Healy was seen laughing without comment in the conversation between podcast co-hosts Adam Friedland and Nick Mullen, who called Ice Spice an “Inuit spice girl” and a “chubby Chinese lady.” Healy was mocked for watching Ghetto Gaggers, which is a porn show where white men dominate black women. Social networks criticized the singer for his unusual behavior.
However, Healy later apologized to Ice Spice, who recently collaborated with his now ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift on a Karma remix.

According to the latest reports, Taylor Swift and Matty Healy have split after a month of dating. The Cruel Summer singer and the 1975 frontman have been making headlines in recent days for their whirlwind romance since April. However, the couple have now broken up and are no longer together.
A close friend of Swift’s told TMZ: “Taylor and Matty are extremely busy and have realized they’re not really compatible with each other. Taylor’s friends want the best for her and are not surprised that her relationship has fizzled out since she recently ended a long-term relationship.”
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift and Matty Healy dating rumors surfaced shortly after the ex split from her longtime boyfriend, Joe Alwyn. Taylor and Joe were in a relationship for almost six years before finally going their separate ways.
