Despite more than a year having passed since its release, the madness surrounding the song continues unabated. In a notable development, a video surfaced showing Ukrainian Army officers recreating the iconic visuals from the song, originally performed by Ram Charan and NTR Jr.

In March this year, in the US magazine Vanity Fair’s “Notes on a Scene” series, SS Rajamouli, director of RRR, shed light on the process behind the creation of the song ‘Naatu Naatu’. According to Rajamouli, the essence of all RRR The story is summed up in the 10 minute pivotal scene ‘Naatu Naatu’ and the accompanying song.

Although Ram Charan and Jr NTR (who play Bheem in the film) are seen dancing in the song, Rajamouli clarified that it is, in fact, an integral fight scene in the story. The song begins on a negative note when an Englishman subjects them to humiliation.

The composition of the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ is credited to MM Keeravani, with lyrics penned by Chandrabose. The moving rendition of the song was recorded by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava.
