Among those being considered for roles in the new series are Vander Pump Rules alumni Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright and Kristen Doute. The goal is an eight-episode season, although nothing has been finalized.
Taylor was an original cast member on Vander Pump Ruleswhich premiered in 2013 and was itself a spin-off of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Taylor appeared on the series for eight seasons before announcing his departure in December 2020, and his wife Cartwright, who had been a main cast member since season six, also left. The couple was the star of their own Bravo spin-off, Vanderpump Rules: Jax and Brittany Take Kentuckywhich debuted in 2017 and lasted for a single season.
Like Taylor, Doute was also an original Vander Pump Rules cast member who appeared on it for eight seasons. In June 2020 it was announced that she and her co-star Stassi Schroeder were fired from the show after calling the police on her former co-star Faith Stowers in 2018 for implicating her in a crime she did not commit.
Taylor and Cartwright returned to the Bravo-verse to comment on Scandoval for episodes of Peacock’s See with program that premiered in April. Doute, who dated Sandoval for years, appeared on Vanderpump’s Rules Tenth season as part of the Scandoval fallout.
