by Shah Rukh Khan jawan is currently the hottest topic across the country. Amid great anticipation, the anticipation of the all-India blockbuster was wiped out a few days ago and before long we saw netizens predicting a bona fide blockbuster.
We are not into the game of Bollywood and terms like ‘clash’ etc. They are for stars and media. I can guarantee that S RK’s Jawan will be a blockbuster of all time. But after watching it, also watch our little movie about India’s greatest victory in a war it knows nothing about. #TheWarOfVaccines

During a QnA session, a user challenged Vivek Agnihotri to confront his film, The vaccine war with SRK’s Jawan, if he’s got the guts, to which The Kashmir Files director replied, “We’re not in the game of Bollywood and terms like ‘clash’ etc. They are for stars and media. I can guarantee that S RK’s Jawan will be a blockbuster of all time. But after watching it, also watch our little movie about India’s greatest victory in a war it knows nothing about. #LaGuerraDeLasVacunas”.
To another user, Agnihotri explained: “We are a diverse country. Surely there is space and public for all types of public. Not every family wants to take their children to see maar dhaad (action) movies. Some like to show children movies that inspire, educate, and enlighten. #TheVaccineWar #ATrueStory.”
Revealing that he made the film on a tight budget, Vivek wrote: “We believe in our content and make sure our movies are on a tight budget so we are never under box office pressure. #TheVaccineWar #ATrueStory is barely a 10 cr movie. Less than #TheKashmirFiles.”
Speaking of Jawan, the film is directed by Atlee and also features Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone in a guest appearance along with Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover and Mukesh Chhabra in supporting roles.
