Chhattisgarh CM Baghel: BJP Exploits Cows for Votes, but Fails to Serve Them

BJP Seeks Votes in Name of Cows, but Has Never Served Them, Says Chhattisgarh CM Baghel

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has strongly criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for using cows as a vote bank, even though they have never really done anything for the welfare of cows. Addressing a gathering in the state capital Raipur on Sunday, Baghel said that while the BJP uses cows as a tool to garner votes, they have never really worked for their welfare.

The chief minister made the remarks while launching a cow welfare program named “Gaudhan Nyay Yojana”. The scheme is aimed at providing assistance to the cattle owners and cow shelters in the state. Under the scheme, the government would provide INR 4,000 every month to each of the registered cattle sheds in the state.

“The BJP always talks about cows and bull protection, but they have never really done anything for the welfare of cows. The Congress party is the only party that has actually worked towards the protection and welfare of cows,” said Baghel.

“Under the Gaudhan Nyay Yojana, the government will provide financial assistance of INR 1.6 crore per year to registered cowsheds. The Congress party has always been committed to the welfare of the cows, and this scheme is a prime example of our commitment,” added the chief minister.

Baghel also urged the people to come forward and take advantage of the scheme. He said that the government is committed to the welfare of the cattle, and this scheme would go a long way in protecting and promoting the animal.

The Congress party has been critical of the BJP government’s handling of the cow issue. They have accused the BJP of using cows as a vote bank and not really caring about their welfare. The Gaudhan Nyay Yojana is seen as a step towards the welfare of cows and an attempt to counter the BJP’s cow politics.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the launch of the “Gaudhan Nyay Yojana” scheme by the Chhattisgarh government is a welcome move towards the welfare of cows. While the BJP has always used cows as a tool to garner votes, the Congress party’s commitment to the welfare of cows cannot be doubted. The scheme is aimed at providing assistance to cattle owners and cow shelters in the state and is a prime example of the Congress party’s efforts towards cow welfare. The government’s commitment to the welfare of cattle is commendable, and we hope that this scheme will go a long way in promoting and protecting the animal.
